Chief Procurement Officer:

Chris Quinlan is a highly experienced leader in Public Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He started his Public Procurement career in St. Luke’s Hospital in 1994, moving through St. Vincent’s Hospital in 2000 and ultimately on to Dublin Bus in 2007. Chris has spent 15 years as Procurement Manager and CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) within Dublin Bus. His day-to-day focus is on overseeing his team whilst providing significant strategic advice to the wider business. 

 

Procurement Services Manager:

Colin Young is a highly experienced Procurement Executive, who runs the day-to-day operations of the Procurement Department for Dublin Bus and reports directly to the CPO.
Colin has been with the business since 2015, starting as a Procurement Executive before being appointed Senior Executive and latterly, Procurement Services Manager.

 

Compliance & Project Manager:

Keith Harford has over 30 years’ experience in business management. He brings that experience to his role ensuring that there is clear oversight and monitoring of Procurement and has contributed to the development of the reports and reporting structure which has helped to drive change in the department.  

 

Data & Quality Assurance Executive:

James Shanahan joined Dublin Bus in September 2020 as a Data & Quality Assurance Executive. He had almost 10 years’ Supply Chain experience and is highly proficient with Data analytics. His primary role is reporting on all key projects and purchases, monitoring both tender and expenditure compliance and the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). James also monitors and maintains the Quality Management System (QMS), QPulse.
